Standard delivery

How much does shipping cost?

• Standard Free Shipping: Orders over $100 for Zone 1.
  
• 1-7 Business-Days Free Delivery: Orders over $150 for Zone 2.

*Shipping will be calculated automatically at checkout for eligible areas.

*Due to Unexpected Rise in fuel prices, in-house delivery will now scheduled on every Wednesday and Saturday. We appreciate your understanding

*Please note that for non-perishable orders, if shipping address is outside major metropolitan or regional areas in Victoria, orders will be shipped via standard courier. 

If you don't happen to qualify for free shipping, the cost of shipping will depend on the weight and delivery address of your order. You'll be able to see this on the checkout page before you proceed to payment.

How long does shipping take?

We ship all orders from our warehouse in Melbourne, so in most metro areas of major cities, you can expect your order within 3-7 business days.

Outside of these areas, you should receive your order any time from 3-10 business days after the time of dispatch.

Items sent by courier may take up to 2 weeks to arrive.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

If the courier service is operating, so are we! But as couriers don't tend to work on public holidays, it's best for you to plan your delivery ahead of time - especially during busy periods such as Christmas, New Year and Easter.

Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?

No, if the premises you are living have a safe place for us to drop off your parcel. A confirmation email will be sent to you at the day of delivery. Drivers will then contact you once delivery has arrived. Alternatively, drivers will drop off your order in designated area specified and authorized by you.

Do you deliver outside of Australia?

We do not currently ship outside of Australia.
