• For the safety of you and our drivers, we have introduced contact-free delivery.

• Our standard delivery time is 6pm - 9pm weekdays and 4pm - 9pm weekends.

• All standard delivery will be carried out by our in-house driver unless noted otherwise.

• Please leave a note or contact us prior ordering if delivery address is a commercial premise.

How much does shipping cost?

Good news: it's free to most domestic metro and minor regional areas in Melbourne when you spend over $70.

• Same Day Delivery: Orders over $70 within Major Metropolitan area

• 1-7 Business-Days Free Delivery: Orders over $100 within delivery radius of 30 km

• 1-7 Business-Days Free Delivery: Orders over $150 within delivery radius of 50 km

*Please note that for non-perishable orders, if shipping address is outside major metropolitan or regional areas in Victoria, orders will be shipped via standard courier. 

If you don't happen to qualify for free shipping, the cost of shipping will depend on the weight of your order. You'll be able to see this on the checkout page before you proceed to payment.

How long does shipping take?

We ship all orders from our warehouse in Melbourne, so in most metro areas of major cities, you can expect your order within 3-7 business days.

Outside of these areas, you should receive your order any time from 3-10 business days after the time of dispatch.

Items sent by courier may take up to 2 weeks to arrive.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

If the courier service is operating, so are we! But as couriers don't tend to work on public holidays, it's best for you to plan your delivery ahead of time - especially during busy periods such as Christmas, New Year and Easter.

Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?

No, if the premises you are living have a safe place for us to drop off your parcel. Drivers will contact you prior delivery to confirm delivery date and time. Drivers will then contact you once delivery has arrived for pickup. Alternatively, drivers will drop off your order in designated area specified and authorized by you.

Do you deliver outside of Australia?

We do not currently ship outside of Australia.
