From our warehouse to your door.
Purchase your pet supplies delivered fast from our warehouse to your door step with our twilight delivery service for free with orders over $70. Simply place your order before 4 pm local time everyday and receive it the same day. Shipping will be calculated automatically at checkout for eligible areas.
*Please note that for non-perishable orders, if shipping address is outside major metropolitan or regional areas in Victoria, orders will be shipped via standard courier.
How Same Day Delivery works.
Shop online
- Shop online and find your desired product.
- Add your products to cart.
- At checkout, select Twilight Delivery as your shipping option.
- Checkout and pay*.
*Please note you will only be able to complete a Twilight Delivery order if all the items in your cart are available and in stock for your delivery location.
Email confirmation
- We’ll send an email to confirm your order and has been picked up for delivery.
- Your order will be delivered to your selected delivery address within the same day providing the order was made before 4pm on Weekdays & Weekends.
- Our courier drivers will leave your order in a safe place outside your address (not applicable to apartments or townhouses) or else our courier driver will contact once your order has arrived
