Share your genuine shopping experience or product feedback on Instagram or RED Book, then show us your post in store to redeem your NKP Friends Benefits.
One qualifying post gives you ongoing access to Friends benefits for as long as it remains published and viewable. There is no minimum follower count, no engagement requirement, and no need to post repeatedly.
We appreciate honest feedback and do not require a positive review. Please disclose in your post that you may receive store benefits through NKP FRIENDS.

Complimentary Short-Term Product Holds
Friends may request short-term product holds without a deposit, subject to availability and our confirmation of an agreed collection date.
Items will be held until the agreed date and released for sale if not collected. If your plans change, please contact us before the collection deadline. Any extension must be confirmed by us.
Failure to collect without prior communication will result in the withdrawal of future deposit-free hold privileges. Friends pricing benefits will remain available, and future holds will require payment in advance.
Special orders and sourcing requests are assessed separately and may require a deposit or full payment.
